Return and Exchange Policy

At Jeffree Star Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we are here to help! Please read through our Return and Exchange Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Makeup products should not have been swatched, tested, or used.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process a return, we require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used makeup products, clearance items, or gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@jeffreestarcosmetics.store or call +1 781-235-4114. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jeffreestarcosmetics.store with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that international returns may take longer to process.
